Born and raised on the Central Coast of California, Cynthia graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1990, having majored in Agriculture Business Management – Marketing Emphasis, with a minor in Animal Science.  She worked for 8 years following her college path into agriculture related marketing and development.   Returning home, Cynthia planted her roots firmly back into her families’ commercial development and real estate companies, using her broad knowledge from previous jobs and interests to set up shop as one of the areas top producing REALTOR® Broker.  Believing in sharing the vision, Cynthia also has worked with Company Management and as president of Paso Robles Association of REALTORS® to help bring internet communications on their radar a little deeper. 

Cynthia spent over 15 years involved in the cattle and equine consulting business, Cynthia’s broad based exposure to commercial ranching and farming operations around the United States brings an added benefit to her REALTOR® business when working with ranching and farming operations.  Having a working background in commercial businesses, also gives Cynthia experienced inside expertise when working with business clientele who want to set up shop or spread their investment opportunity.

Dedicated to closing solid transactions, Cynthia has been active with the California Association of REALTORS® and as a past local State Director, exposing her staff and colleagues to the latest changes in the market and transaction liabilities while helping represent private property rights back in Sacramento.
